Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this platform and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us," refers to our Company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us," refers to both the Client and ourselves.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.


2. Posting Projects and Services

2.1. Users may post projects, jobs, and services on the platform. All posted content must comply with our content guidelines and standards.

2.2. Freelancing NG reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content deemed inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of our policies.


3. Payments and Transactions

3.1. Transactions on Freelancing NG are conducted securely. Clients agree to release funds for completed projects, and Freelancers agree to deliver the agreed-upon services.

3.2. Payments may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated during the transaction process.


4. Dispute Resolution

4.1. In the event of a dispute between a Client and a Freelancer, both parties agree to work towards a resolution in good faith.

4.2. Freelancing NG may intervene and assist in dispute resolution when necessary.


5. Prohibited Conduct

5.1. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws.

5.2. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, fraud, harassment, and the violation of intellectual property rights.


6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
